How We Earn Commissions

GeniusTechLab participates in several affiliate programs, including Amazon Associates, Ledger, NordVPN, TradingView, Proton, DigitalOcean, 1Password, Bybit, and Cloudflare. When you click a product link on our site and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate links are tagged with UTM parameters (utm_source=geniustechlab, utm_medium=blog) and a post-specific tracker= token so we can attribute revenue to the content that sent the click. This tracking data is used only for affiliate reporting and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the affiliate network.

Editorial Independence

Our editorial recommendations are made independently of affiliate relationships. We do not accept payment for positive reviews, and we do not let commission rates influence which products we recommend. Every product in our guides has been researched and (where possible) hands-on tested by our editorial team.

If a product has an affiliate program, we will use the affiliate link. If it does not, we will link to the manufacturer's site directly. The price you pay is the same either way.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not write paid reviews or sponsored content without clear disclosure.
  • We do not let affiliate commissions affect our ranking algorithms, product picks, or editorial verdicts.
  • We do not collect your personal data as part of the affiliate flow. Affiliate networks may use cookies to attribute the sale, governed by their own privacy policies (see our Privacy Policy).

  • Ledger — 10% commission on hardware wallet sales (via ?r= ref)
  • NordVPN / NordPass — 30–100% commission on first purchase
  • TradingView — Recurring commission on subscriptions
  • Proton (VPN, Mail, Pass, Drive) — 20–100% commission on first purchase, 30-day cookie
  • DigitalOcean — Credit-based referral program
  • 1Password, Bybit, Cloudflare — pending approval
